An entire grid within reach
Use arrows to choose an app or folder and Return to open it. Command and an arrow change pages. Escape backs out one step at a time: listening, rename, folder, search, selection, wobbling, then the grid.
Arrange without dragging
Option and an arrow move a selected icon. Space selects it, Control–Command–N makes a folder from the selection, and Command–R renames it. Command–Z and Shift–Command–Z undo and redo grid changes.
Following your Mac’s lead
Icons expose VoiceOver actions and announce moves. Reduced motion preferences are respected, and you can choose a different opening style and speed. The website also has a reduced-motion layout without pinned scroll scenes.
