Refunds

How to ask

Write to support@cubbypad.com within 14 days of buying. Send it from the email address you bought with, or include that address, and add the order or receipt number from Dodo Payments' email. Please don't send your full card number or your full license key.

We handle the refund with Dodo Payments, who sell CubbyPad as the merchant of record, and the money goes back to the way you paid. Nothing on this page limits rights the law where you live gives you.

What a refund does

A refund turns off the license that came with the purchase. Macs it was activated on stop opening CubbyPad the next time they check in with the license server, and the offline grace period doesn't keep a refunded license working.

A refunded purchase still counts toward the launch price steps, so a refund doesn't bring a lower price back.

Lost your key?

Please don't buy again to get it back. It's in the email Dodo Payments sent when you paid. If you can't find it, write to us from the address you bought with and we'll send it again.

Nothing renews

CubbyPad is a one-time payment. There's no subscription, and you're never charged again unless you buy another license.
