Keep more than one arrangement
Settings › Layout keeps several layouts, each with its own pages, folders and grid size. Name them for the way you use your Mac, such as Work and Personal. Switch from the top-left menu in the grid, the menu bar icon or Shortcuts.
Pair a layout with a Focus
- Open System Settings › Focus and choose the Focus.
- Under Focus Filters, choose Add Filter and select CubbyPad.
- Choose the layout to use with that Focus.
- When the Focus ends, CubbyPad returns to your main layout.
Share between your Macs
Enable iCloud Drive under your Apple Account on each Mac, then turn on Sync with your other Macs in CubbyPad. Layouts and app names are stored in your own iCloud Drive. Missing apps keep their positions for Macs that have them. Changes are read when the grid opens.
Keep a backup
Use Back Up… to save a layout file and Restore… to read it again. Keep a backup before a large reorganization or moving to a new Mac. Your license activation is separate from the layout file.
