Create Work, Personal or any other layout in Settings › Layout. Each keeps its own pages, folders and grid size. Switch from the menu at the top left, the menu bar icon or Shortcuts.
Let the right layout arrive
Add CubbyPad as a Focus Filter to pair a layout with a Focus. When the Focus ends, your main layout comes back. Display and time rules can also bring up a layout while your monitor is connected or during the hours you choose.
Your arrangement follows you
Turn on iCloud Drive and Sync with your other Macs. Layouts, folders and the app names you choose travel through your own iCloud Drive. Apps missing from one Mac keep their place for the Macs that have them. Back Up and Restore also let you keep a layout in a file.
