Check the receipt email
- Search the inbox used at checkout for CubbyPad or Dodo Payments.
- Check spam, junk and any other inbox you might have used for the order.
- Open the receipt message and find the license key.
If your order page is still open
The page shown after checkout also displays the key once payment has completed. If a temporary connection failure prevented it from appearing, use its retry option. An old checkout session may expire; the receipt email remains the place to find your key.
Ask for help
Write to support from the email address used to buy CubbyPad. Include the order number if you have it. We can locate the purchase and resend the key.
