# Choose Solo or Duo for your Macs

Solo supports one active Mac; Duo supports two. Both include every CubbyPad feature and all 1.x updates.

Last updated 26 October 2026

## Follow these steps

1. Count how many Macs need to use CubbyPad at the same time.

1. Read the current Solo and Duo choices on the pricing page.

1. Check requirements on each Mac.

1. Use checkout’s final total and the purchase terms before buying.

## What to expect

You choose activation capacity rather than a restricted feature tier. Both plans are one-time purchases with no automatic subscription renewal.

Moving from an old Mac to a replacement does not always require an extra seat: deactivate the old one first when it will no longer use the app. Sync is a separate convenience and adds no seats.

## If the result is different

If you cannot determine which plan a saved key belongs to, inspect Settings › License and your receipt before purchasing again. Prices and offers can change, so use the live pricing page rather than an old video or article’s quoted amount.
