# Use an activated CubbyPad license while offline

After activation, a temporary connection failure can use the saved license grace period of 14 days.

## Follow these steps

1. Activate the license while connected to the internet.

1. Inspect Settings › License if the app later reports a check problem.

1. Reconnect before the displayed access or grace period expires.

1. Use the provided check or activation flow when the connection is available.

## What to expect

Temporary network unavailability does not always stop an already activated app immediately. The current offline grace window is 14 days; this is not a permanent offline license exemption.

First activation still requires connectivity. License validation, update checks and optional iCloud delivery are separate network uses and should not be confused with local app-history processing.

## If the result is different

If an explicit refunded or revoked status appears, reconnecting alone is not a promise of access. Read the actual license message and contact support with the order reference. Keep the full license key private.
