# Switch between full-screen and windowed CubbyPad

Choose the grid’s presentation in Settings › Opening › Window rather than changing the size of installed applications.

Last updated 26 October 2026

## Follow these steps

1. Open Settings › Opening.

1. Find Window › Size.

1. Choose full screen or the centered-window presentation.

1. Use the opening preview or return to the grid to inspect the result.

## What to expect

The app grid uses the chosen presentation. A centered window can leave more of your workspace visible, while full screen gives browsing more space.

Grid rows, columns, labels and icon sizes remain separate preferences. Compare a folder and a later page as well as the first view before deciding which presentation fits your display.

## If the result is different

If you meant the screen on which the grid appears, change Display › Open on instead. If you wanted the Dock kept visible beneath a full-screen grid, inspect Show the Dock in the Window card.
