# What a one-time CubbyPad license includes

CubbyPad Solo covers one active Mac and Duo covers two. Both unlock every feature and all 1.x updates, with no subscription and a 14-day money-back guarantee.

## The plans differ by active Macs

Solo is for one active Mac. Duo is for two active Macs. Both include the same CubbyPad features, so you do not need a higher feature tier to use layouts, search, folders or customization.

The current price and any active launch offer are on the pricing page. Checkout shows the final total, including applicable tax. Refer to those live pages rather than an old screenshot or a price quoted in a video.

## The included update line is 1.x

Every 1.x update is included. That describes the version line covered by the purchase; it should not be read as a promise that every future major version has already been included.

CubbyPad requires activation from the first open. There is no in-app trial. The website demos let you inspect the interaction before purchase, and the refund policy provides a 14-day money-back guarantee.

## Move an activation without buying again

1. Keep the license key from the purchase receipt.

1. On a Mac you are replacing, open Settings › License and deactivate.

1. Install CubbyPad on the new compatible Mac.

1. Enter the same key and activate while connected to the internet.

1. Restore or sync the layout separately if you want the same arrangement.

## The other apps have their own purchases

TapNoise and NotchMind are also made by Rudra Satani, but they are separate products. A CubbyPad license is for CubbyPad. If you need help with a lost receipt or unavailable old Mac, contact support before making a second purchase.
